All the time I have been with them I have never know any downtime. never sent a suppot ticket not one for asking for help. Don't do it with any of the host don't really need support.That it really thought I would give them a review because I have enjoyed being hosted by them. Brian Boone says... "I am a very satisfied customer of TheHosted LLC. Let me tell you why... I own the Internet Radio Station, SmokinTunzRadio. I was with another company that, for some unknown reason, shut down one day with no notice given to it's clients. I logged on one morning and my station was down! I was frantic! What could I do? I was at a loss... Well, a very good friend of mine, the owner of another station PowerhouseMixRadio, referred me to Michelle at TheHosted LLC. I immediately got in touch with her and she had me up and running in a matter of minutes. She saved my station from certain death! The pricing for the hosting packages are fantastic and definitely within a non-profit radio station's budget. So, we choose one that would best fit our needs and five minutes later I had my site back up. At the time I had streamers from another company, as well. When the time came for payment for the extremely expensive streamer, I just didn't have the money. Any time there was downtime, even if it was the data center's fault they made it right whether it was a free month of service of even a percentage off of the next month's bill. Michelle is very understanding when my payment was gonna be late and didn't even suspend my site as long as I kept in contact with her. I could do something dumb and get myself banned at 3:00 a.m. and still call and they would get out of bed to unban me. I have never had such awesome service with a hosting company before!"
